At Myrkwood Creations, everything is handmade. It is then possible for you to place custom orders, for a unique piece. Whether it's color, size, leather thickness, lining or details, contact me to discuss your project, free of charge and without obligation. Any request will be considered seriously.

Classic customisations

These customisations concern modifications of already existing items, for example (non-exhaustive list): its color, dimensions, size of the straps, gilding on reliefs (embossing or embossing), the type of lining or padding.

More complex customisations

These customisations relate to larger modifications of existing items, or even the design and creation of new unique pieces, for example for a wedding.

It can also concern the use of rarer materials, such as real gold leaf for gilding.

You may also want to place an order for many pieces, for example for a troop, a band or a film.

Custom patterns

For copyright reasons I cannot accept your own designs unless they are in the public domain or released with a license allowing commercial use.

However, do not hesitate to contact me : I have a catalog of several hundred Celtic, Viking or medieval motifs that could correspond to your idea and if that is not enough, I can also provide you with a list of artists from from which I can obtain designs and their commercial rights.

Project feasibility

When you contact me, I will study your project carefully so that you can benefit from my expertise. If everything is not necessarily feasible (for example due to technical limitations or risks of use), I will do my best to offer you a feasible solution. I will then offer you one or more quotes for one or more feasible versions and you will then only have to choose.

Exotic Materials

By personal convictions, I do not work with so-called exotic leathers (crocodile, snake, wild animals, etc.), limiting myself to leathers from farmed livestock (eg cattle, sheep, goats, deer) which are not not reared solely for their skins. Likewise, I only work with furs from these same animals, never from wild or hunted animals. Likewise, I refuse to work with materials of dubious origin, for example from countries affected by heavy poaching or illegal trafficking.

Payment in installments

You can pay for your order in two or three installments at no additional cost. For this I would create as many product sheets as there will be payments and will only ship the item after receipt of all payments. In accordance with the Terms of Sales, the sums already committed cannot be reimbursed in the event of cancellation of the order.
